Yesterday we (the game programmers group) were on a trip to the danish animation school in Viborg. And behold! They actually have acquired some humans of the form "female" at that school. To our amazement these creatures could talk and none seemed to spread the dangerous "girly dude" virus that we have been warned about.
Anyway, the trip was nice, the people was nice, and i'm looking ever more forward to going to Copenhagen to get hammered ... errr, program a game.
Today i have finished my "How to beat the crap out of Visual Studio .net 2003 and make it compile DLLs for Virtools" tutorial. The Virtools people tells us that we need to use Visual C++ 6.0 to build extensions for Virtools, but it seems to work alright on mine. Just a matter of going through their examples and setting every compiler/linker setting as they have.
Anyway, the tutorial is available at: Virtools Building Blocks in Visual Studio net 2003
