Well "not as hectic" might be a bit strong - but i only have two exams, one of them being the project exam, so it's pretty cool.
Project exam went pretty well three 9s, three 8s (one for me) and a 7 - all pretty ok.
But coming up this wednesday the 19. is the "Mathematics for Programmers" course. Now, mathematics has never been my cup of tea (i prefer coffee) - but this course include both mathematics and some graph theory - and it's the graph theory that i'm worried about. The book we used for graph theory is just appalling - don't ever read "Applied and Algorithmic Graph Theory" by Gary Chartrand and Ortrud R. Oellermann. The textual description of the algorithms are not understandable - and the pseudo-code versions are even worse. The funny thing here is that the mathematics book "Quaternions and Rotation Sequences" by Jack B. Kuipers is really good! and easily understandable - this might be because the subject involves somehing that i can easily see being applied in real-life, but still! Mathematics shouldn't be something that i like. Having a great teacher might also have influenced the understanding of the mathematical stuff.
That's all for now - back to chain-smoking and drinking way to much coffee - as usual ;-)
