Oh, Vaca aims to have super cow powers.

Is this yet another packaging solution for windows?

Certainly not! I do not wish to make a new packaging solution, you still have to use InnoSetup or something similar.

Vaca aims to be as simple as possible, mainly just downloading a file and either running it or copying it to your $HOME/bin directory.

Does Vaca support dependencies?

No, and if it ever does it is somewhere a long way off in the future.
